Basic Gearbox dynamometer Model G-LDV1 with software & electronics

This dynamometer is designed to test functionality and durability of a gearbox
The gearbox dynamometer is able to test FWD, RWD and AWD gearboxes for bothe manual and automatic type gearboxes.
The electronics of the dynamometer software is equiped with several switches that can be used to engage selected gears in an automatic gearbox. Pressure sensors can also be connected to the gearbox to measure valve pressures. Added to this, two temperature sensors are also supplied.
The software can thus be configured to perform any test sequence whereby the input/output rpm can be set, for different output loads and specific gear selection according to the solenoid switches
The input power to the gearbox is compared to the output power from which the efficiency is calculated. The efficiency of the gearbox will clearly indicate if there is inherent mechanical mulfunction in the gearbox.
